The kitchen comes fully equipped and includes an eat-in bar for 4 and a closet with a stackable washer and dryer. In the living room you will find a sofa, two chairs, TV/DVD, and a sliding glass door to a balcony with a table and 3 chairs. The master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a private bath with a garden tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom has a private bath with a tub/shower combination and is furnished with 2 queen beds and a flat screen TV/DVD. Complex amenities include the newly renovated family-friendly pool, sundeck and hot tub area. This project also included the addition of a brand new, adult-only, oceanfront, serenity pool with its own hot tub and sunning deck. Fresh landscaping and pavers have been installed through out these areas, including the gas grilling station and the seasonal fire pit.
