There are 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds with trundles. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need. Relax by the pool or hot tub after a long day. Many shops and restaurants are within 4-5 min. away including Publix. Atlanta Motor Speedway is only 15 min away. The Atlanta Airport is only 35 min away. NO PARTIES--10 PERSON MAX AT ALL TIMES! The space 3 bedrooms on the main floor with 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a bathroom with garden tub and separate shower. There’s a loft bedroom with 2 twin beds with trundles (4 total twin beds) and 1 very large bean bag. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Above ground pool with deck and outdoor tables with lounge chairs and outdoor speakers. Fenced in back yard for children. Garage with an arcade game, foosball table, and some light workout equipment. There is a wine cooler in the kitchen to keep your wine at the perfect temperature. No pets allowed. Absolutely NO PARTIES or gatherings of more than 10 people in the house at any time. Guest access Full use of the house and yard. Other things to note This is your home away from home with all the amenities you need for everyday, whether you're here for work or play. There is a Keurig available on the coffee bar. There is a pack-n-play and high chair available in the master closet. We will have starter toilet paper and paper towels available as well as hand soap at all sinks.
