Beautiful Ogden Basement Apt

Located on the East Bench and close to Ogden's historic 25th street, this family friendly neighborhood is the perfect place to experience much of what Utah has to offer. Within walking distance or a short drive to plenty of amazing hikes, parks, and mountain biking trails, this is the perfect location for outdoor enthusiasts. It is a 45 min drive to Powder Mountain and only 30 min drive to Snow Basin or Nordic Valley ski resorts. The space Our basement apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a couch in the living room that will convert to a futon bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a washer and dryer in one of the closets. The spare bedroom has a full bed. The bathroom has all of the essentials including towels, toilet paper, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some toiletries and feminine products. The body wash is a baby shampoo/body wash so it is tear-free and safe for kids and babies to use as well as adults. There is a full size kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. You will also find cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee machine, blender, utensils, can opener, bottle opener, cooking utensils, toaster, and more! If there is something you need and aren’t sure if we have, just ask! We might have it or could get it for you. Guest access Best way to get to the basement is by walking on the west side of the house to the back. The private entrance to the basement is on the back patio, facing north, underneath our deck. Feel free to use the back patio to your liking! Other things to note Please keep in mind that there is a family with young kids that stay in the upstairs portion of the house. Rarely, if ever, do they make noise during the night but they may be noisy during the day.
