There are no stairs to get inside. To help give your mind a walkthrough of how the house is set up, here’s a brief description of each area of the house. ➤ When you walk in the front door, there is a bedroom to your left. The bedroom has a queen bed and a smart TV. ➤ Coming out of that bedroom, you will enter the living room. There is another smart TV in this room. ➤ To the back of the living room is the kitchen and dining area. There is a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher & coffee maker. There is also a dining table that seats 6 people. ➤ Back through the living room and to the left is the hallway to the other 2 bedrooms. ➤ One guest bedroom has a full bed with the guest bathroom across the hall. ➤ The master bedroom has a full bed and a queen bed as well as its own bathroom. ➤ To the right side of the hallway is the 2nd living area. It has a sofa that also folds out into a bed. ➤ There are also 2 rollaway beds stored in the closets for extra sleeping space as needed. ➤ To the back of the 2nd living area is the door that leads out to the spacious patio. ➤ The patio has a patio table for 4, a patio sectional and a lovely bench under a tree. ➤ Guests are allowed to bring 2 pets (There is an additional $50 pet fee billed separately) Please note that extra or larger pets would be up to our discretion and that if approved, additional charges would apply. ➤ The Front door has an electronic smart lock, so no physical keys are needed to get checked in! We will provide the 4-digit code with the check-in instructions before arrival, If there are any issues, we'll be able to unlock or lock it remotely.
