This unique getaway combines rustic charm with modern comforts, making it the perfect spot for a tranquil retreat, romantic getaway, or a family vacation. There is a walking/hiking trail in the neighborhood, great for walking your dog or just soaking in the view of Mount Shasta. The Space: Our BarnHouse features an open-concept living area that blends rustic elements with contemporary amenities. With high ceilings, exposed beams, and large windows, the interior is filled with natural light and offers stunning views from every corner. What barn is not complete without a loft that overlooks the valley. Bedrooms:The BarnHouse has three cozy bedrooms, each thoughtfully furnished to provide a restful night’s sleep. High-quality linens and comfortable bedding ensure you wake up refreshed and ready to explore. The three rooms are themed: one is modern, one is Wild West, and one is Musically themed. Bathrooms:The property includes 2 well-appointed bathrooms, complete with fresh towels, essential toiletries, and a relaxing shower or bath setup. Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your favorite meals. It features modern appliances, ample counter space, and a dining area where you can enjoy meals with a view. A coffee bar awaits for your morning wake up! Living Room:Relax in the spacious living room, which includes comfortable seating (reclining seats), a large flat-screen TV, and a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Outdoor Space: Step outside to the expansive outdoor area, where you can take in panoramic views of the surrounding landscapes and animals (often deer all around the property). Guest access Guests have full access to the BarnHouse, which includes all indoor and outdoor spaces, ensuring a private and peaceful stay. (There is an unoccupied in-law suite that you will not have access to.) Outdoor Areas: Enjoy the expansive outdoor spaces, including the hilltop seating area with breathtaking views of the valley, Sacramento River, Mount Lassen, and Mount Lynn. Feel free to explore the surrounding property, perfect for a morning walk or a sunset view. Parking: Free parking is available on-site, with space for multiple vehicles. The parking area is easily accessible and close to the BarnHouse entrance. Accessibility: The property is easily accessible by car. However, please note that the retreat is on a hilltop, so some walking on uneven terrain may be required. The main entrance is on the ground level. Self-Check-In: Guests can check in at their convenience with a self-check-in process. You should receive the information for the electronic Yale lock access to enter the front door. Property Boundaries: Guests are welcome to explore the areas surrounding the BarnHouse but are kindly asked to respect the property boundaries and neighboring land. No Access to Certain Areas: Please note that some areas, such as storage sheds, garages, utility spaces, and the in-law suite, are for host use only and are not accessible to guests.
