The first floor and the second floor residences are also each separately available on Airbnb. Note that the only shared spaces between the two residences are the driveway, front yard, front porch, and backyard. The beautifully designed kitchen offers a spacious island that seats 3, and includes all modern appliances and the amenities of home. The hallway leads to 3 generous bedrooms - choose from a king bedroom with a dedicated Roku TV, a queen bedroom with an attached half bath and dedicated Roku TV and workspace, or drift away to sleep in the boat-themed ⚓️ bedroom which offers a twin bed with a twin roll out trundle. All bedrooms have ample closet space for storage. Just off the hallway there is a full bathroom with substantial counter space, a bathtub, shower, and washer/dryer as well as personal amenities. Second Floor Residence: When you enter the second floor home, you will be in an entryway with stairs leading to the second floor residence. Upon reaching the top of the stairs and opening the door, you will immediately step into the beautifully designed kitchen that offers a spacious peninsula that seats 4, and includes all modern appliances and the amenities of home. The kitchen is open to a dining area that seats 6 comfortably as well as a living area. The living area has ample seating and a Roku TV above the decorative fireplace. The hallway leads to 3 generous bedrooms - choose from a king bedroom with an attached half bath and dedicated Roku TV, a king bedroom with a dedicated Roku TV, or a queen bedroom with a dedicated workspace. The code is activated the afternoon of check-in. Check-in is at 4PM and checkout is at 10AM, but do request an early check-in or late checkout if needed. There will be information on the home posted in the on the bulletin board within the home. A link to the home's guidebook is also shared electronically, with local area recommendations including places to see, restaurants, shopping, and emergency services. Please feel free to reach out if you have any additional questions about the area. Other things to note You must be 23 years or older to book. You are staying in a neighborhood home and we kindly ask that you respect the neighbors by keeping the noise levels down between 10PM and 7AM. The first floor residence of Sunset Skies is a pet-friendly home (as you can see by the weathervane)! One pet, 50 pounds or less, is allowed when declared in advance at the time of booking. If not registered, there will be a $500 fine as we are not able to provide notice to the cleaning company on time. The second floor residence of Sunset Skies is not pet-friendly. If evidence of a pet is discovered on the second floor residence, there will be a $500 fine. Please no parties or unauthorized guests, or there will be a $500 fine assessed. No smoking, vaping, or illegal substances permitted on the property (including outside deck and yard), or there will be a $500 fine if smoke smells or evidence is discovered. Please no redecorating or moving furniture. The fireplaces are decorative only - it is not working and not to be used. Guests are not permitted to access the basement or the attic. No electronic vehicle charging. If upon arrival you notice any damages, or should anything break during your stay, please advise the host as soon as possible so immediate arrangements for repair can be made. Any unreported damages will resort in damages fees, and may face automatic cancellation of your reservation and reporting to Airbnb.
