Kitchen: Fully equipped with electric stove and oven, fridge, and dishwasher. We also have small appliances onsite as well. And the Coffee Bar (the best part!) offers both drip and Keurig coffee. We provide you filters, ground coffee, and k-cups. Basement: You will have access to the washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board. We've provided you with a starter set of Tide pods and dryer sheets. Outside: The spacious backyard is surrounded by trees and includes a large concrete patio with outdoor couch and propane firepit, as well as a propane BBG grill (and we provide the gas!). Take a walk next to the canal all the way to Broad Ripple Village. Parking: Guests have access to both spaces in the garage, the garage has a lower ceiling and can only accommodate smaller vehicles. The driveway can accommodate up to 4 vehicles. Please do not park on the street outside the house.
