A unique door code will be sent at least 48 hours prior to check-in. ➠ USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters understand and accept that the property is protected with outside security cameras. These cameras are used to protect the property and our guests from potential break-ins and theft, We have 1 camera by the front door, 1 by the back door that are ON and recording 24/7. There are NO cameras inside the house. ➠ FIREPLACES: Indoor fireplace is not intended fir guests use. ➠ PET FEES: Pets are considered on a case by case basis, with a pet fee of $50 per pet, per night. PETS ARE STRICTLY NOT ALLOWED ON ALL THE FURNITURE, VIOLATORS WILL BE PAYING A PENALTY. ➠ LIABILITY NOTICE: This rental home is privately owned.
