Note: Pool use is at your own risk, there is no lifeguard on duty. Bedrooms: The split layout enhances privacy, with two bedrooms featuring double doors that open directly to the backyard, allowing you to wake up to the soothing sounds of nature. Location: Ideally situated in a quiet corner lot, you’re just minutes from parks, the vibrant nightlife and excitement of Downtown Fort Lauderdale and multiple area beaches. Street parking is not allowed per city ordinance and is strictly enforced. Do not park on grass or block neighbor's driveway under any circumstance - Patio with seating - Smart lock and keypad Guest access Guest will have access to the entire property. Enter the front door with the key pad code provided after booking. All guests are required to submit a picture ID upon booking. Failure to submit ID will result in cancellation. No 3rd party bookings allowed. The primary booking guest must be present during the entire stay. If it is found that the primary booking guest is not planning to be present and is booking for another party, this will result in an immediate cancellation without any refunds. Please ensure that you have reviewed our cancellation policy prior to booking. Once we are within our cancellation window we do not allow any changes to reservations. Because of this we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance. Other things to note - A Security Camera monitors the front exterior of the home 24/7. - Please use caution at all times while using the pool. Please remember that swimming is at your own risk. The pool is not monitored and there is no lifeguard available. - The Pool is serviced weekly. Being outdoors and unscreened, leaves and small debris may blow into the pools between service but this will not necessitate additional cleanings. A pool net is provided if leaves cause any inconvenience in between cleanings
