This unit was recently remodeled and redecorated with a modern, beachy design in mind. Warm coastal tones combined with vaulted ceilings offer a relaxing and airy feel, while expansive windows and southern exposure provide fantastic views of the ocean, the community, and Back Bay. The decks offer a great spot to people watch! The spacious kitchen itself is a class act with rich, dark cherry cabinets, black granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen opens to the dining area, with plenty of seating for everyone at the table. The living room has a leather-accent sectional, a flatscreen TV, and access to the deck and outdoor table for al fresco dining or a game of cards oceanside. The primary King suite features a double vanity, a jetted tub, a walk-in shower, and access to the large balcony - the perfect place for enjoying a quiet morning sunrise. There are two additional, bedrooms on the first floor including a King and Queen. Both have access to a full hallway bathroom with gorgeous custom tile work in the walk-in shower. The Sandbridge Dunes Complex is meticulously maintained. You'll have access to a courtyard with an outdoor swimming pool, covered cabana, a grilling station with picnic tables, a fitness room, and two elevators. Electric Vehicles may not be parked or charged at the Sandbridge Dunes Complex per HOA rules. Elevator Access: The building has an elevator that’s at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide. The Sandbridge Dunes Condo Pools are open from Mid May to Late September (weather permitting). These dates are at the sole discretion of the Sandbridge Dunes Condo Association. Pets are not permitted at the Sandbridge Dunes Condos. Guest access This is a Condo Complex with gated access. You enter the parking garage from the BACK ENTRANCE on MARLIN LANE. You will receive the parking gate codes 7 days prior to your arrival as well as the keyless access code to the unit. The complex does provide elevator access to all levels. The building has an elevator that’s at least 52 inches deep and a doorway at least 32 inches wide. The condo is located on floor 3. Other things to note No parties or events allowed. No smoking allowed. No illegal substances allowed on the premises. No unregistered guests allowed. Please respect the noise curfew after 10PM. Please respect the 4 PM check-in and 10 AM check-out times. Occupants may not exceed Max. Home Occupancy Please report damages when they occur. Please don’t rearrange the furniture. Please do your dishes & start dishwasher cycle before departure. Please take the trash out before you leave. Please be advised guest will be responsible if home is left excessively dirty, responsible for extensive trash, or if negligent damages occur.
