The space * Note * This property states it can accommodate up to 10 people. Only book this listing if people are okay with sleeping on Cots, the couch, and air mattresses. There is 1 queen size bed in each bedroom The Day Bed in the Front Air-Conditioned Sun Room and floor/Air Mattresses in closets. Please no pets even service animals due to severe allergies. There are no additional guests allowed that are not on the reservation. Additional guests will result in an extra fee of $25 per person per night or $15 per person per day. You are close to KP Hole Park where you can rent paddle boards canoes/kayaks or tubes. Guest access -Whole home and property. -Walk up stairs to enter the home or there is a ramp to the entrance in the Car Port. -Keyless entry -You can fit at least 3 cars in the driveway Other things to note We have 4 Kayaks and 4 Tubes available for our guests to use with your stay! Conveniently the river front park is much further up river than the public boat ramps so you get to avoid the long time idling up river!
