The space The studio suite is across the street from Paugus Bay, which is part of the larger Lake Winnipesaukee, and is renowned for its tranquil atmosphere and captivating beauty. Our condo studio has a courtyard view (no lakeview), a balcony, is located on the top floor, and has no street noise. There is a King Bed and a full-size Murphy bed in the room with a kitchen. The sheets are 100% Cotton. The space comes complete with essentials and is ready for you to arrive and unwind! There is space for your boat, car, truck, motorcycle, or trailer in the parking lot.
