Duluth King Size Cozy, LLC - Two KING Bedrooms

Our cozy two king bedroom retreat is exactly situated between Spirit Mountain and Mont Du Lac Ski Hills and even closer to Jay Cooke State Park, making it the ideal base for outdoor enthusiasts! The private backyard boasts a sunken patio for bonfires under the stars, as well as a large pavilion featuring a charcoal grill and outdoor dining set. The maximum occupancy is four, generally age 13 and older. I do make exceptions for younger kids on a case by case basis with parent/s informed consent. The space As a Duluth native who moved away after graduation, I am aware of how prohibitively expensive it has become to visit here. Somewhat to my husband's annoyance, I don't charge crazy fees during the big events or most desired seasons. In lieu of charging you $80 for a cleaning fee, I generally require a three day minimum booking to keep the nightly rate more affordable than comparable listings that include a private house and fenced yard with pleasant outdoor areas. This provides fewer gaps in my calendar, as the city of Duluth does not allow one night bookings. Additionally, I run the laundry appliances less frequently and am not required to flip the house every two days, all of which would add expense. The benefit to you is at least two full days to explore Duluth and surrounding areas for a reasonable cost. I hope you agree this is mutually beneficial!
