Whether you’re having a laid-back night or need some downtime after exploring, the game room is a guest favorite. Outside, the back patio is where you’ll most likely want to spend your evenings. Picture yourself sipping your favorite drink in the hot tub under the stars or while someone in the group whips up dinner on the Blackstone grill! Inside, the open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining area are designed to keep everyone connected. Snap a picture with the tripod ring light and your own device in front of the neon sign & green wall - after all, A Little Party Never Killed Nobody! The comfy leather sofa, sleek kitchen, and large smart TV make it easy to kick back, snack, and catch the big game or your favorite show, all while staying close to the action. The kitchen has everything you need, from stainless steel appliances to a dual-purpose coffee maker, so you’re covered whether you’re cooking up a full meal or just grabbing a cup of coffee before heading out to enjoy the lake. Our 4 bedrooms, each with a cozy queen-sized bed, are designed with modern art-deco charm, offering a peaceful retreat after a full day. And with two full bathrooms—one featuring a walk-in shower and the other with a tub—you’ll have all the comfort you need during your stay. We hope you’ll love staying here as much as we do. Welcome to your home away from home! BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: Our home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms. It also includes 2 full bathrooms, the first on the main level with a single vanity and walk-in shower and the second on the upper level with a single vanity and shower/tub combo. Bedroom #1 on the main level includes a queen size bed & smart TV. Bedroom #2 on the upper level includes a queen size bed & smart TV. Bedroom #3 on the upper level includes a queen size bed. Bedroom #4 on the upper level includes a queen size bed. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: - Please be advised that you are using the hot tub at your own risk. - We have a Ring doorbell camera, facing the driveway/street, as well as 5 other security cameras face the front, back, and sides of the home. These are for when the home is vacant & are not monitored when guests are in the home. - We have a noise monitor in the backyard which will let you know if noise is carrying too far / too late. - We unfortunately were not able to squeeze a dishwasher into the kitchen :( so keep that in mind if planning to whip up any dishes at the house! - Please note that early check in and late check out are subject to availability. If approved, the first hour is complimentary and additional hours are $30 each. - The minimum age to book our properties is 25, and the individual making the reservation must be one of the guests physically staying at the property for the entire duration of the reservation. His first love was Ginevra King of Chicago/Lake Forest, who married William Hamilton Mitchell II. William's parents, John J. & Louise Mitchell, summered at their Lake Geneva mansion (dubbed Ceylon Court), where they moored the steam yacht Louise—which is now an active boat in the Lake Geneva Cruise Line fleet. Fitzgerald modeled the Gatsby characters of Daisy & Tom Buchanan after Ginevra & William. Cheers to the hopeless romantics!
