Nestled in the forest, on 35 acres is an ideal getaway for any small family. The kitchen is well-equipped and there are excellent dining options nearby. Beaches are close by with rental options and quaint shops in the picturesque nearby town. The 900 sq ft cottage has 2 bedrooms upstairs with a full bath and a tub. Downstairs is a family room, full kitchen, ½ bath, dining area, front screened porch and back deck overlooking the woods. The main house is owner occupied. The space When you drive in the cow pasture will be on your left, and the horse pasture on your right. When the pastures end, turn right and follow it along and you will see the cottage! When you walk in, you will see a half bathroom on the main floor. To the left are stairs that go up. Two bedrooms are upstairs with a full bathroom between them. The “master” bedroom has a queen size bed and sitting chair. The secondary bedroom has a full size bed. When you walk in if you were to go to the right you would find yourself in the family room, if you keep going you will find the dining room, off to the left will be the small kitchen with everything you may need to enjoy your stay. Outside you will find a small fenced in back yard that backs to the Forrest. It is perfect for your dogs or kiddos! The property has farm animals and if at anytime you would like to visit them, please just shoot us a message!! Guest access You will have full use of the entire guest house and the back yard. The rest of the property is Forrest and farm land which you are more than welcome to take a walk around. If you wish to visit the animals please send us a message! Other things to note We have animals, please do not book with us if you do not want to see, hear or smell animals. We are a small rescue/working farm. We have horses, dogs, cows, and chickens. We keep the property as clean as possible. We mow, we drag pastures, we scoop manure and throw it away. With all of that said, we are still a farm. We pride ourselves on our animals behavior and we strive to always be better. We look forward to having you!
