The space The main house provides 3 levels of living space. The main level has an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room, with 2 bedrooms (2 king beds), 2 bathrooms (1 shower, 1 shower/tub), a laundry room, and deck. The upstairs loft has a remote workspace, 2 bedrooms (1 king bed, and 1 bunk with 2 full size beds), and 1 bathroom (1 shower). The downstairs walk-out basement has a 1000sqft game room, 1 bedroom (2 bunks with 4 full size beds), and a wrap-around deck with grill, and hot tub. The detached guest house has living space on 1 level. It offers an open concept kitchen, dining room and living room, with 1 private bedroom (1 bunk with 2 full size beds), 1 semi-private bedroom (1 king bed), 1 bathroom (1 shower), and a wrap-around deck. The side yard between the main house and guest house has a playground. The backyard of the main house sits on the lake with a fire-pit area, double level deck, seasonal launch ramp, and a dock that sits in the water year-round. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire property, excluding only the garages and lower storage area (by the lake). Other things to note Main House – main floor: - Fully stocked kitchen with granite counters, fridge with ice maker, stove, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (Keurig K-Duo), coffee grinder, tea kettle, countertop toaster oven with air fryer feature, pots/pans, bakeware, mixing bowls, hand mixer, knives, utensils, plates, bowls, drinkware, cutting boards, tupperware, serveware, grill accessories, etc. - Pantry stocked with instant pot, crock pot, blender, toaster, step stool, apron, etc. - Wall unit with games, books, puzzles, etc. - Dining room with seating for up to 14. - Living room with smart TV, electric fireplace, oversized sectional couch. - Outdoor deck with panoramic lake, mountain, and wooded views. - 1 master king bedroom with lake, mountain, and wooded views, walk in closet, smart TV, en suite full bathroom with spa-like shower and double sinks. - 1 king bedroom with lake, mountain, and wooded views, walk in closet, smart TV. - 1 full bathroom with tub/shower. - Laundry room with washer and dryer, and storage for iron, ironing board, vacuum, mop, broom, high chair, booster seat, portable playard/crib, crib mattress with bedding, folding children’s table with folding chairs, extra portable fan.
