The space Our cozy and stylish home features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, perfect for families, small groups, or a relaxing solo getaway. Each bedroom includes its own TV, so everyone can unwind with their favorite shows. 🎱 Entertainment for Everyone We’ve added a fun entertainment room that includes: A pool table Bar area Another TV for movie nights or watching the game If you and your family want a game night or just kicking back, this space is made for good vibes. 👚 Laundry & Outdoor Fun Need to wash clothes? We have a washer and dryer on-site. Want to enjoy the outdoors? Step into our large, fully fenced backyard — perfect for: Firing up the grill Dancing under the stars Letting the kids or pets play safely Just remember to keep music at a respectful level to avoid disturbing the neighbors. 🍽️ Fully Stocked Kitchen & Wi-Fi The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, utensils, and everything you need to cook a great meal. You’ll receive a unique code prior to your arrival. Guests have full access to the entire home, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas. The only restricted area is the hallway closet next to the main bathroom, which is used for owner storage and will remain locked during your stay. Other things to note 📌 House Rules – Please Read Before Booking We want to ensure all guests have a safe and enjoyable stay. By booking, you agree to the following: 🚫 Age & Location Restrictions You must be at least 25 years old to book this property. We do not rent to local guests. This includes anyone living within a 1-hour radius of Memphis, including areas in Mississippi and Arkansas. 🎉 No Parties or Events Parties are strictly prohibited. If a party is discovered or suspected, you will be fined $1,000 and immediately removed from the property without a refund. 🚭 No Smoking Indoors Smoking inside the home is strictly prohibited. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged if any signs of indoor smoking are found. Outdoor smoking is allowed, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Do not leave them on the ground.
