Nestled in a serene bay filled with lily pads, the home is connected to the pristine waters of Pelican Lake, renowned for excellent fishing and swimming. The second bedroom includes twin/twin bunk beds, and a bonus room leading to the screened-in porch is equipped with a queen Murphy bed. During the warmer months, an additional bonus room with a queen and twin bed and a third bathroom is available, located in the second garage, which also serves as a game room. Guest access We provide an online guidebook packed with helpful information and links to make vacation planning easy! This guidebook is sent out immediately after the full booking process is completed. Guests love it—it includes over 10 videos showcasing the home and its amenities, along with detailed instructions and tips. We kindly ask that it's shared with all adults staying at the property. Plus, every guest has our personal cell number and is encouraged to call or text us anytime, 24/7, with questions or anything they might need. Guests will have access to the whole property. Door codes are sent via text three days before the check in date. To ensure the property is a good fit for our guests, we provide a rental agreement with house rules and a waiver of liability. This is conveniently sent to our guests through the booking system upon booking and can be reviewed and singed in a few minutes online.
