Other things to note The property will be stocked with basic toiletries, bed linens, kitchen necessities, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, etc. After booking, you will receive a renters agreement via email to sign and there will be a security hold of $400.00 placed on your credit card, similar to what hotels do for incidentals. The security hold will be automatically and fully refunded 3 days after your stay if you do not cause excess cleaning or damage during your stay. Note: the pet fee ($150) is PER PET up to Maximum of 2 allowed pet(s)! Lost & Found Policy: Items left behind will be held for up to 14 days. If you'd like an item returned, a $35 lost and found management fee will apply. This fee covers the time and handling involved in locating, storing, and preparing the item for shipment. Guests are required to provide a prepaid shipping label for the return. Please be sure to double-check for all belongings before checking out.
