Other things to note 🏠 House Policies 🚭 Smoking Policy No smoking, vaping, hookah, or 420 use indoors. If smoking outdoors, please be extremely cautious to prevent fire hazards. 🐾 Pet Policy $120 fee per pet per reservation (maximum 2 small, crate-trained pets under 45 lbs). Must disclose pets at booking or immediately after. Pets are not allowed on beds, furniture, or in the hot tub. Always supervise pets outdoors due to nearby wildlife. Owners assume all liability for their pets; damages or excessive mess may result in loss of security deposit. 🛏️ In-Law Suite Separate guest suite with 2 queen beds, workspace, internet, TV, and blackout shades.
