Medium term rental only (28+ nights) Please note that loud noise is not allowed on the property at any time Noise policy is strictly enforced. Citations of any kind will be the guests' responsibility. Neighbor complaints, or police being dispatched to home may result in termination of reservation without a refund because homeowner may also receive a fine in such cases. Guest access Minimum Age to book is 25. Absolutely no underage drinking allowed. (5) E-scooters are available free of charge. Guests are encouraged to wear helmets and assume all liability associated with the use of E-scooters. Host is not responsible for any injuries that arise from the use of E-scooters. Heated pool is available for guests. Due to high gas costs, a pool heating fee of $50 per heating day will be assessed. It takes approximately 24 hours to heat the pool in Winter, so please notify host with at least 24 hours' notice prior to your desired date for using the pool. Only the host will be able to control pool heater and pump remotely. It is best to use the heated pool consecutive days, if possible, to minimize the cost of heating the pool from cold to desired temperature multiple times. Payment for pool heating must be made after each pool heating session via the send/receive money function in the Airbnb guest reservation dashboard. Enforcement of pool safety is strictly responsibility of guests especially with regards to young children and people that don't know how to swim. Host will be held harmless of any injuries arising from pool use. Please refer to House Manual for pool rules. Overnight occupancy limit for this home is 6 people.
