Welcome to our Bayview retreat! Perfect for families & friends, our spacious Guest House features 6 cozy beds, a fun game room, shuffleboard, & a fully gated kids' playground for added security. Enjoy indoor/outdoor gyms, a fire pit, & essentials for little ones. With boat parking, public ramps, fishing piers, grocery delivery, boat charters, & a golf cart rental, conveniences & adventure are at your fingertips. A short drive from Kemah, NASA, Galveston, and Houston—your perfect getaway awaits! The space Welcome to our cozy Bayview Guest House, located on the second story for a beautiful view of Galveston Bay. Please note, this means there are stairs to climb to access the unit. The Guest House is completely separated and detached from our main house, offering you privacy throughout your stay. Once inside, you'll find a welcoming space designed with families in mind, featuring thoughtful amenities for both kids and adults. Bedrooms & Spaces: --Master Bedroom: This spacious room features a plush tempurpedic king-sized bed, a multiport charging station for your devices, and a convenient luggage rack for your belongings. --Loft-Style Queen Bedroom: Designed with an open layout to create an airy, inviting atmosphere, this room includes a queen bed, multiport charging station, and luggage rack. Please note that the wall separating this room from the game room doesn’t extend all the way to the ceiling, allowing for a loft-style feel. --Game Room/Bonus Room: While we haven’t listed the Guest House as a three-bedroom unit since the game room isn’t officially classified as a bedroom, it does provide additional sleeping space with two twin beds. This room is perfect for extra guests and comes equipped with a variety of games and toys for indoor fun, making it ideal for families. Family-Friendly Amenities: --The fully gated playground is perfect for kids to enjoy while parents relax, offering peace of mind with its secure enclosure. It's equipped with play structures, a teeter-totter, a mini roller coaster, and more! --Toys, games, and child-friendly utensils are available to keep little ones entertained and make family mealtime easier. The kitchen and bathroom include childproofing on the cabinet drawers for added safety. Outdoor Fun & Play: The playground area is a shared space between our house and the Guest House, meaning your kiddos might get to play with ours! However, we completely understand the need for privacy—just let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your playtime requests for more exclusive use of the space. Additional Information: Our Guest House is ideal for families, with plenty of activities to keep kids entertained both indoors and out. With a shuffleboard table, board games, and even an outdoor gym, there’s something for everyone.
