The space Location: The house is located right inside the major highway loop, 465, just off of Meridian & 96th street. This quaint little neighborhood in the far north side of Indianapolis will have everything you need. The popular Monon Trail is less than a mile away and is great for walking & biking. All of the essentials are within a mile or two as well - Target, Kroger, Aldi, Whole Foods & Total Wine. The city of Carmel is just up the road, Broad Ripple is a short 10 minute drive down College Ave, & just 10 miles south is the center of downtown Indianapolis. Grand Park - 11 miles / 15 minutes Ruoff Music Center - 20 miles / 24 minutes Lucas Oil Stadium - 12 miles / 28 minutes Gainbridge Fieldhouse - 12 miles / 28 minutes Indianapolis International Airport - 26 miles / 27 minutes Broad Ripple - 4 miles / 12 minutes The House: You'll enter the house through a private front door along a large front deck. Inside you'll find a large living space open to a grand dining space and the kitchen with a large breakfast bar and ample counter space. The living and dining space is filled with large windows & dual sliding glass doors that open up to your own private patio and backyard with full privacy fence. The bedrooms branch off from the dining room allowing for a quiet space while others might still be up. Each bedroom is equipped with its own TV (not pictured). The master bedroom connects to a private full master bathroom with a walk in tile shower and plenty of natural, yet private, light. Each of the two full bathrooms are well equipped with towels and soaps. Some of the other amenities you'll find include a washer and dryer equipped with detergent and dryer sheets, a generous amount of coffee, snacks, and sparkling water, a large couch for you to relax on, and a TV equipped with Roku for all your streaming needs. Access: After booking, you will receive a personalized access code to the smart lock on the front door. This allows for seamless access during your stay. Guest access You'll have access to private parking in the driveway, a large front yard, the main house itself, and the huge backyard with a private patio during your stay. Entry into the house will be via a unique entry code for the smart lock on the front door. This will be available in your Airbnb reservation before your check in date. Other things to note This property has a detached guest house that is completely separated from the main house with a large privacy fence and separate parking. The guest house is also rented out but does not interfere with the privacy or seclusion of the main house! We have a strict no party or event policy. We will charge a $500 fee if a party or event is hosted at the property.
