Explore, unwind, and make lasting memories at The Alpine! The space The Alpine was custom designed and built, allowing for guests to experience a one-of-a-kind getaway. Walking into the cabin, you'll be greeted by the incredible oversized windows on the front of the Alpine: Mountain modern comfort and luxury awaits inside. The Everwoods Alpine is truly a perfect home base for your Hocking Hills adventure! With an open living room, kitchen, dining area + a two-story ceiling, you'll feel the bright, modern comfort and functionality of this dreamy cabin. The Alpine sleeps two guests with a king enclosed bedroom + the softest, upscale and allergy free bedding. The perfect place for your best night of sleep ever! The luxurious bathroom offers a walk-in shower with rain head, Public Goods toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and body lotion), baseboard heat for extra warmth, cozy large bath towels, blow dryer and other "extras" that you may have forgotten at home. Additional spaces + amenities to enjoy at The Alpine: OUTDOORS -A two-person hot tub amongst the trees -A conversation area on the beautiful deck overlooking the property to enjoy a morning coffee -A cozy fire pit area perfect for roasting marshmallows, enjoying each other's company, and stargazing -Kenmore propane grill (propane is provided) -Private parking INDOORS -A chef's kitchen stocked with cooking and dinnerware essentials -Beverage bar including a Nespresso, pour over, 8 cup drip coffee, and instant-hot tea kettle with assorted Nespresso pods, ground coffee, and a variety of teas -A dedicated dining space with seating for two -Reverse osmosis water system -Starlink high speed internet -An intimate and comfy entertainment space with a 55" smart tv & Roku, luxury leather sofa, cozy accent poufs + throw blankets, and games to enjoy after a day of exploring. The Roku is in "guest mode" which allows you to log into your personal streaming services of choice. Please be aware that streaming capabilities can be limited due to our rural location -Cruelty-free/vegan/gluten free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and lotion) -Luxe bedding and linens Please note that we cannot provide firewood, but there are many places to purchase bundles nearby. We are thrilled to offer some amazing optional add-on services through our partner vendors during your stay: Whether you're looking for an in-cabin personal chef for a special meal, trail provisions for your adventures, in-cabin massage services, photography session for the two of you, or shuttle service for a winery or brewery tour, we are happy to connect you with our esteemed partners to coordinate. Note that these services are available at an additional cost and subject to partner availability. Guest access We created this cabin for you to relax and enjoy, so please make yourselves at home! Guests will have access to the full cabin minus the locked storage closet. We ask that Alpine guests respect the privacy of the Timber Haus guests (which is located on the adjacent side of the 11 acre property.) There is a large gravel parking area directly outside of the cabin and we recommend 4-wheel drive for the gravel driveway. Other things to note We love the modern, cozy comfort of The Everwoods Alpine. It allows us to unplug from our busy and sometimes chaotic day to day life, but is not totally without quirks: -The water in this cabin has a distinct smell due to being on a well. We offer a whole home filtration system + a reverse osmosis system making the it perfectly safe to drink and bathe in. -There is no dishwasher or icemaker in this cabin, however we provide dish soap/sponges and ice trays to use during your stay. -We are on a septic system which means only toilet paper can be flushed down the toilet and there is no garbage disposal. -We are happy to offer Starlink satellite internet, the premier high speed Wi-Fi system setup in our cabin. Even so, we are in an extremely rural area where internet is sometimes spotty - we ask that you come prepared to unplug in the case that the Wi-Fi signal is not perfect during your stay. -We professionally treat for pests seasonally, however, on occasion they do find their way into the cabin. Such is life in the woods! We are a husband and wife duo who care very much about our guests and ensuring you have a wonderful stay with us.
