Peaceful 2 BR steps to the beach

Enjoy a relaxing and welcoming space in Manhattan Beach where you can listen to sounds of the sea. This spacious, beautiful second-floor unit is perfect for families or small groups. 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a full kitchen, living room and two small outdoor spaces. One block from the beach, ten minutes from LAX and conveniently located in the north side of town, making the rest of LA easily accessible. Includes ocean views, small garage parking space, washer/dryer, kitchen amenities. The space 2nd floor apartment with 2 bedrooms and one bathroom. The master bedroom has a queen bed. The guest bedroom has a full bed. Full kitchen with dishwasher and other amenities and living room with a smart TV. 2 outdoor patio spaces. Parking space and washer/dryer in downstairs garage. Garage space is a shared space. Guest access You can park in the middle garage spot. It's a smaller space (7ftx7ftx16ft). It can fit a 4runner but is not a very easy spot to get into. There is street parking in the area as well as a parking lot by the beach. There is parking pass for the beach parking lot which is valid certain hours depending on the time of year you are visiting. Please do not park in the driveway and try to limit the amount of time loading/unloading to limit the congestion on the street. Other things to note This is a second floor apartment. Someone lives in the unit below. The garage is a shared space so please be considerate/respectful. Please enjoy the beach but use the outdoor shower or hose to wash off all sand before reentering the apartment. There is central heating but no AC. AC is generally not a necessity in this area. I find that the ocean breeze and the fans in the living room and each bedroom are sufficient to keep the place cool. There is a fireplace in the living room and master bedroom. The Manhattan beach TOT 14% tax on our property is included automatically during guest check out. **We do not allow unauthorized guests, parties or events of any kind. This is a peaceful, quiet neighborhood. Please be respectful/considerate of our neighbors.
