Other things to note Always a beautiful water view year around. The water is TVA controlled and lower in the fall and winter. May want to rent boat slip next door at marina when water is at winter pool. You may see Golf carts , dogs and people walking on road. This is a dead end road so pretty quite other than residents living on this road. No pets allowed in this home. This is due family member having allergic reactions, and breathing issues with animals. No Smoking in Home, Smoking is allowed outside.
