Quintas Calalas sits on a 1/2 acre of land and is a relaxed 5 minute walk from the ocean. There is private access to a stretch of beach that is great for boogie boarding, playing in the waves, and surfing the "boom". The property has 2 full houses each with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and full kitchen/living areas. Email us for pricing on renting both houses. Go fishing, surfing, horseback riding, explore local beaches, or hang in hammocks near the pool with family or friends. The space Rental price is based on renting the main house. Both houses can be rented by one larger group (ie. two families travelling together), email us for prices for both dwellings. If you only rent one house the other will not be rented out at the same time. This is a quiet gated family friendly property and is not suitable for parties. Guest access This area of Nicaragua is close to a large estuary and the small village of Aserradores. There are a handful of restaurants nearby, guided fishing, surfing, estuary exploring, horse tours and more! Other things to note Chinandega is the closest major city and is about a 45 minute drive from the property. You will need to stock up on groceries and supplies there.
