Please note that the water levels are seasonal, and from late-October to mid-March, the cove experiences significant water drawdown, leaving little water in the cove. However, the peaceful setting is just as magical during fall and winter. Cozy up by the fire pit with complimentary s’mores and hot chocolate provided for your enjoyment during cooler months. Whether you’re relaxing by the fire or soaking in the hot tub, our home offers the perfect retreat year-round. Other things to note Parking & Accessibility: The property offers ample parking for up to 6-8 vehicles. Please note there are stairs to access certain parts of the home. Wi-Fi: High-speed Wi-Fi is available throughout the home, outdoor areas, and dock for all your connectivity needs. Water Activities: Our dock provides access for swimming and docking boats. Guests are welcome to use the paddle boards and paddle boat available for use. Seasonal Lake Levels: From November to March, the lake water levels are lowered by Alabama Power. This is noted in the listing, and while the cove may be dry during this period, it’s still a beautiful and peaceful setting. House Rules: • No smoking • No parties or large gatherings. • Quiet hours are from 10PM to 8AM to ensure everyone enjoys a peaceful stay. Pets: We welcome pets in our home, but please adhere to the following: • Furniture & Beds: Pets are not allowed on the furniture or beds. • Wet Pets: After water activities, pets must be completely dried off before entering the house to avoid damage to floors and furniture. • Care & Training: Pets must be house-trained and well-behaved. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets inside and outside the property. • Supervision: Pets must not be left unattended for extended periods and should be crated if left alone. • Neighborly Conduct: Please ensure pets do not disturb neighbors or roam onto their property.
