HOUSE RULES • No smoking 🚭 – Smoking inside the property will result in an automatic $400 fine. • No parties or large gatherings – To respect our neighbors and keep the space enjoyable for all guests. • Quiet hours – 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Please keep noise to a minimum during these times. • Maximum occupancy: 6 guests – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. • Pet-friendly 🐾 – 1 pet max, small fee applies. Please inform us in advance if you’re bringing a pet. • Excessive Pet Hair Policy: We love welcoming pets, but please note that excessive pet hair left throughout the home may result in an additional cleaning fee. • Late checkout – Any late checkout without prior approval will incur a $150 fee. Please request extra time at least 24 hours in advance. Approval depends on availability and isn’t guaranteed. Other things to note Pet-Friendly: We welcome all pets. Please note that only one pet is allowed with a pet fee of $100 per stay. Extra Guest: The apartment sleeps 6 guests. For additional guests beyond 6, there is an extra guest fee of $50 per guest per night.
