Brighton Evergreen Retreat: Views, Spa, Ski Access

Spacious ski cabin. Walk to lifts. Backs up to national forest. Surrounded by hiking, biking. 20 min drive to Park City (in summer/fall). Fire pit. Corn hole. Game room. Grill. Bed space for 18 (max 15 adults). 5-minute drive to Solitude resort. Nordic Center offers 20km of Nordic ski trails, snow shoeing and hiking in your backyard. Summer: mtn bike, hike, explore, fish and observe wildlife around Silver Lake. Plenty of summer events in Brighton! Enjoy mountain views throughout the home. The space 4,500 sq ft with open areas, cozy spaces and grand views on a 1.1 acre wooded property -3 floors Floor 1 -3 car garage -lockers in mudroom Floor 2 -bunk room (sleeps 8) -living room with TV and wet bar -large game room with ping pong table -3 nooks with queen beds nestled into open space, each with an outdoor view. -workout equipment (rowing machine, mats, weights) Floor 3 -large kitchen (10 ft island seats 6) -elegant open grand room with dining room (seats 12 at the table). View of Mt. Millicent -1 large bedroom with king bed and couch. Private bathroom with shower and medium deck overlooking the forest. -second bedroom with king bed and view of mountains from bed. -loft hang out spot (accessible by a built in step ladder). -Large deck with fire pit off this level to see Mt. Millicent. Access to upper part of the property with hammocks in the summer. Guest access The entire cabin and garage will be available to guests. Other things to note There are 2 flights of stairs connecting the 3 floors of the home. Guests will need to be comfortable navigating stairs to move through the home. There is a ski shuttle stop 250 yards from the house that will take you to the lifts. Or you can just walk to the lift which is 0.5 miles from the cabin. I’ve done this in ski boots many times, but with kids the shuttle is nice. Alternatively just drive over and drop off the family, but when it’s snowing a lot it’s best not to be driving back and forth all the time.
