Our perfectly located single family home is 10 minutes driving to Downtown Charleston and Folly Beach. Enjoy a bright, clean home on a peaceful street. There are 3 bedrooms (1 king, 2 queens) and 2 full bathrooms. The beds are excellent, the kitchen is stocked with dishware and cookware, and we offer great WiFi, as well as a washer/dryer and driveway parking for up to 2 cars. Enjoy relaxing on the lovely front porch and taking walks in the friendly neighborhood. You will love it here! The space Our lovely single family home has 1,300 square feet and is located on a very quiet street. The home is single-level and features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a dining room, a washer & dryer closet, front and back porches, and a driveway with free parking for up to 2 cars. There is excellent WiFi throughout the house. Some details about the rooms: Bedroom #1 - King bed + private attached bathroom Bedroom #2 - Queen bed Bedroom #3 - Queen bed Bathroom #1 - Full bathroom with a stand-up shower (serves Bedroom #1) Bathroom #2 - Full bathroom with a bathtub (serves Bedrooms #2 and #3) Living Room - Wonderful seating, as well as a 55' Smart TV into which you can log into your Netflix, Hulu, Amazon Prime, and other media sources. Kitchen - The open layout kitchen has fun pass-through bar seating, as well as plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, etc. There is a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, microwave, electric oven and large fridge/freezer. Dining Room - The dining room has a wood dining table that comfortably seats six. Washer & Dryer Closet - There is a washer & dryer you are welcome to use at no cost. Front & Back Porches - We have furniture on the front porch where you can relax on. The back porch leads down to our fully-fenced backyard. Driveway - You can fit up to 2 cars. There is no room for RVs, trailers, buses, etc. Guest access You have access to our entire home, including the backyard. You can bring up to 2 cars and park them in the driveway. There is no room for RVs, trailers, buses, etc. Check-in is between 4PM and 11PM. Check-out is by 10AM. Other things to note **Absolutely no parties or loud music/noises. The neighbors include elderly people and families, and any disturbance will lead to the police being called. **There is a basic TV into which you can plug your own device via the HDMI port. It is not a Smart TV and it does not have any TV whatsoever, so no regular TV, cable, streaming devices, etc. If you need TV, bring your own devices (e.g. Firestick, Roku, etc).
