The fully furnished home has a full kitchen, nice porch, and additional seating area in back wtih firepit. There is also individual heat/air in each room for preferred temperature. The space The Master Bedroom is a luxurious California King and for additonal sleeping, a futon is included. There is also a private bath in the Master ensuite. The 2nd bedroom has 2 double beds, and a bathroom right across the hall. The 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed.Each bed has memory foam mattress toppers to provide maximum comfort. The newly remodeled home includes a washer and dryer, fully stocked kitchen, living and dining room. The house has a large fenced in yard, and a carport. There is room for 2/3 vehicles in driveway, and plenty of side street parking. The neigborhood is safe, quiet, and so convenient to everything. Grocery store- 1 block away. Coffee shop/brewery-two blocks, WalMart- 3 minutes, Railroad Depot and Farmer's Market- 2 blocks. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and yard.
