Beau’s bungalow is located in the adorable Holly Hills neighborhood just 15 minutes from downtown St. Louis and within walking distance of beautiful Carondelet Park. The space We aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! - Free Wifi - Our guests have access to the main floor and the fully fenced backyard. The basement is off limits as it is used for storage. - There are two bedrooms with queen beds and a pull out queen sleeper sofa. -Enjoy the cozy living room and watch a movie with Beau with the 55inch TV with a Bose sound bar that also doubles as a bluetooth speaker (hold bluetooth button on Bose remote until blue light appears, connect from your phone/device and enjoy). - Fenced back yard for you and your pets to enjoy with a propane grill and some furniture that guests can use. - There is a 4moms pack and play with cover available to use in once of the closets. We have plastic kids plates/utensils/plates for kids. - Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home. Please acknowledge that occasionally, we may leave consumables such as condiments or snacks left behind by previous guests if they are not empty. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. HOWEVER, ultimately, it is up to the guests' discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. We do not take any responsibility for the consumables. The kitchen fridge does not have a waterline, hence the door water/ice maker does not work. We apologize in advance. There are ice trays in the freezer to make ice. Please note that while there is a garage, guests do not have access as the approach angle from the ally is difficult and the space is narrow. Please plan to use the street for parking. Pet fee is $30 per pet per stay. We allow up to 2 pets per stay, however, the guests are responsible for any damage caused by the pets. Airbnb booking only allows the first pet fee when booking, we therefore will request the additional $30 fee for the second pet. BEAU’S RULES: • Guests are allowed to bring up to 2 dogs, each under 40 lbs. We do charge a per pet fee as cleaning expenses increase for even the best behaved pet. o If you have well-behaved animals, we are ok with them being left in the house when you leave with the caveat that you are responsible for any damage. o If you have a puppy/unpredictable dog, please make sure to leave them in a crate when you go out as it’s in all our best interest to avoid damages – thank you! • Smoking of any products are not allowed in the home. • No parties at any point. • Absolutely no weapons on the property • Use of the home is listed to guests on the reservation. • Quiet hours are 10pm to 7am to respect our neighbors. • Basement and garage are off limits (storage). • Outdoor space is fenced (~3ft fence) for the safety of your pets please keep an eye on them and pick up after them.
