Other things to note This is the country and wildlife abounds including insects and ticks, mice, birds of prey and black bears. **Please use insect repellent spray on your shoes and legs when walking in the woods and grass to repel ticks. There are lots of deer that visit the property so be aware of their droppings when walking. **Keep small dogs close to you - there are birds of prey in the country. We have seen deer, wild turkey, groundhogs, hawks, owls, chipmunks, black bears, pheasants, foxes and more. No outdoor speakers are allowed due to town code noise compliance. *There are exterior cameras pointing to all of the yard and patio areas, pool area, front door and driveway.
