Beautiful recently remodeled 4 bedroom 3 1/2 bathroom home in the heart of Naples Island. Naples is a quaint friendly community with plenty of waterfront walking paths, nearby beaches, and 2 yacht clubs close by. But it’s also close to attractions such as Disneyland (30 minutes), Knott’s Berry Farm (25 minutes), Dodger Stadium (40 minutes), as well as the Long Beach attractions such as Aquarium of the Pacific, the Queen Mary, and Long Beach Museum of Art. Free street parking is abundant. The space This beautiful and charming home has 2 bedrooms upstairs, each with its own full bathroom and 2 bedrooms downstairs. A pack/play is available for an infant/toddler. Two umbrella strollers are available for small children. A stroller/wagon is located with the beach chairs/umbrella in the garage. There is a powder room off the living room. There are 5 bar stools in the kitchen for additional seating. There’s also a dining table in the front patio with seating for 6 for enjoying Al fresco dining. The kitchen is furnished with new Kitchen Aid appliances including a gas cooktop, electric double oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and a microwave/air fryer. There is a large kitchen island with prep sink and additional seating. Also included is coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and all kitchen basics. There’s a Weber gas grill in the backyard if you prefer outdoor cooking. Enjoy the open floor plan connecting the living room, dining room, and kitchen.
