Guest access Everything on the property is accessible to guests except the closet in Bedroom 3 (bunk room) and the locked white shed in the yard. For safety, all guests must sign the waiver before using the kayaks, canoe, or paddleboard. Please use the dock and water areas at your own risk. The host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or incidents. Other things to note Please pardon the yard as we continue making upgrades for guests to enjoy. The dock was recently rebuilt, which required scraping the yard—until the new grass grows in, the area may be muddy after rain. Important: Do not drive in the area marked by the short dock pilings. This is the septic system.
