This newly remodeled modern studio is located minutes away from Miami International Airport and steps away from Coral Gables. Centrally located in an excellent neighborhood. 4.7 miles from Brickell City Centre, 9 miles from South Beach, 3.6 miles from University of Miami, 4 miles from Calle 8 and more places to discover. The space Our studio is in the heart of Miami. Close to airport, beaches, Wynwood, South Beach, Coral Gables, Bayside, Kaseya Center (Miami Heat), LoanDepot Park (Marlins Stadium) La Carreta Restaurant, Versailles Restaurant, Calle 8 and more. Is a completely independent studio with private entrance to come and go as you please. The studio is equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee marker. The studio is very private, its own entrance and you can do self-check in (keys in a lockbox with a code) Guest access We will open the gate with a remote control only for the first time and at the entrance is a lock box where you find the keys to get inside the studio. Other things to note Check in starts at 4:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 AM. Please do not use towels to remove your make up. For those who come to have surgery: Take care of the sheets, they are white. I'll charge $50 if the sheets get stained. If you prefer, use your own sheets. No pets.
