If there is any smell of cigarettes or marijuana detected, a minimum fee of $800 will apply. This fee can increase depending on the severity of the odor. Guests will also be held financially responsible for all cleaning, deodorizing, and any necessary accommodations or refunds provided to future guests who are affected. 👥 NO PARTIES OR EVENTS Only guests listed on the reservation are permitted to stay in the property. Please ensure that your reservation accurately reflects the total number of overnight guests. Day visitors who are not listed on the reservation are subject to the following fees: • $20 per day for each adult visitor • $10 per day for each child visitor Please note that the maximum occupancy stated in the listing description may not be exceeded at any time, including both registered guests and visitors. Failure to disclose additional guests or visitors may result in additional charges and/or termination of the reservation. Pets are strictly not allowed. This listing is exempt from accommodating animals due to the host’s severe allergies. Bringing a pet without approval will result in a $500 fee for deep cleaning.
