Escape to a serene condo, where you’ll enjoy complete privacy on a screened-in porch nestled in the woods. Steps from The Golf Club at Eagle Pointe, you’ll have access to a range of amenities, including a restaurant, pool (End of May-Sept) with bar, 6 pickleball courts, cornhole, bocce ball, and fitness classes. A short drive to Bloomington, the condo is the ideal for visiting IU while enjoying a relaxing weekend. FREE State Park pass, pickleball paddles/balls provided (must reserve a court). The space As you enter the home you'll find the complimentary state park pass, pool fob (during pool season May-Sept), and pickball paddles/balls for use during your stay. In the hallway you can hang your coat, then head left into the bedroom with a king bed, dresser, closet, and 40in Roku TV. Past the bedroom, the full bath is on the right. From there, the condo opens to the living room on the left with the kitchen/dining area on the right. Both have views of the forest with floor to ceiling windows. A new wooden dining table sits in front of a picture window and can comfortably seat 4. Access the outdoor dining and lounging screened-in porch through the sliding glass doors. There is even a special door on the porch where you can feed the birds. Feel free to add a handful if the birdseed is out (bag under kitchen sink). The kitchen is fully functional with toaster, k-cup coffee maker, pans, skillets, baking sheets, and cooking utensils. There are also dishes, glasses, and silverware available to use during your stay. Kitchen has a dining table that can be used as a dedicated work space. You will have access to the entire house, the outdoor porch area, pool (May-Sept 15), and you are free to walk or drive around the Eagle Pointe community to explore. We also provide 4 pickle ball paddles, and balls (in the hanging bag as you walk in). The courts do require a fee and you can reserve them at the golf pro shop or online at by navigating to Pickleball on The Golf Club at Eagle Pointe website. Park anywhere in front of the building.
