Polytimo House, Ample Places, Lefkara

A unique holiday experience at a perfectly restored listed stone house located at the center of the village, steps away from everything, with a picturesque secluded garden of jasmins, locals plants and tall fruit trees. The space Polytimo is an independent listed stonehouse of 187sq.m. at the centre of Pano Lefkara village, surrounded by an amazing shared garden of jasmins and fruit trees. It has been restored with exceptional care and is furnished with individually selected items, art and antique pieces in order to offer a unique experience to its guests. It consists of 2 bedrooms, a shower room and a large covered verandah on the top level, a kitchen, a living room (43'' smart tv & fireplace), a dining room and a guests toilet on the ground level. The access to the upper floor is via an external stone-built staircase. Both bedrooms have an a/c unit as well as a ceiling fan to be used where necessary. For all other common areas an a/c and a fireplace are available. It is advised during the cold season for the fireplace to be in use. Wood logs can be purchased at an extra cost. Polytimo House can be rented individually or together with Monadiko House for larger groups of guests. Guest access Guests can access the whole house and the shared garden. The access to the upper floor is through an external stone-built staircase. Regrettably, the house does not have disabled access nor is suitable to those with walking difficulties due to its historic nature. Other things to note Since the garden is common for Monadiko and Polytimo houses, guests are advised to respect the guests of the other house.
