The accommodation based on top of a hill 5 minutes drive from the beaches, offers a 180° sea view. The space Discover "La Grange à l'Envers", a secluded villa on a 2500 m² enclosed plot, ideal for a stay with friends or family, on the occasion of a vacation, a birthday party, a bachelor/hen party, a cousinade, a wedding, or a corporate event. Many amenities are available to liven up your stays: jacuzzi, swimming pool, petanque, ping-pong, molky, cornhole, Nintendo Switch, board games. THE SPACE At the top of the Côte du Salut, in the town of Plouider, discover this secluded villa with sea views for 20 people, in an ideal setting for special moments with friends or family. Located just 5 minutes by car from the first beaches of North Finistère, the property has a 180 m² hangar for parties, a swimming pool (accessible from April to the end of September), a jacuzzi, a beer tap (keg available on site directly with our partner the Coreff brewery), a barbecue, a summer kitchen with board, a petanque court, a ping-pong table and other friendly games. Enjoy an exceptional setting to create unforgettable memories. BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS We do not accept bookings only on Fridays, you have to choose the whole weekend (Friday and Saturday), it's up to you to come only one night or not. For some long weekends we only accept for 3 or 4 nights, please let us know if you have any questions. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT Our home includes 4 bedrooms for a total of 20 beds. On the ground floor you will find a large bedroom with, in a first space, 2 mezzanine beds and, in a second space, 2 mezzanine beds and 1 drawer bed. The floor includes 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed, 1 drawer bed and 3 single beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). All our beds are 90 cm x 200 cm. GARDEN The accommodation is surrounded by a spacious enclosed garden of 2000 m² in which you will find: - A terrace with 2 garden tables. - A barbecue and its utensils (charcoal and firelighter not included in the rental price). - A large pétanque court (boules, molky, cornhole and pucks are provided). PARTY AREA To enhance your stay, the accommodation has a large hangar ensuring unforgettable moments of entertainment Available amenities: - A 4 m x 6 m swimming pool (swimming pool accessible from April to the end of September) - A jacuzzi - Ping pong table LIVING ROOM - DINING ROOM Located on the ground floor, a large living-dining room with a pellet stove (pellets provided in limited quantities), a large sofa and a coffee table. The dining room has two large tables that can easily accommodate 20 people simultaneously. The living room also features a very large flat screen and a Nintendo Switch. KITCHEN The kitchen is open to the dining room and is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher. We provide all the necessary dishes for 20 people as well as the necessary equipment to cook (pans, pots, pots...). A summer kitchen is also available in the shed with all the necessary appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, stove, plancha and sink). BATHROOM The property has 2 bathrooms. The first, on the ground floor, is equipped with a double sink, shower and bathtub. The second, on the 1st floor, is equipped with a double sink and a shower. Toilet The property has 4 toilets, 3 of which are independent of the bathrooms. PARKING Free parking is available on site, allowing you to park all your vehicles (either in front of the villa or in the inner courtyard). The inner courtyard is enclosed by an electric gate (badges are provided upon arrival). WIFI Free Wi-Fi is available in the accommodation with a good speed that will allow you, if you wish, to work in good conditions. PROPERTY OCCUPANCY The accommodation is for 20 people. Beyond 20 people, please contact us. Before confirming your reservation, please read the entire listing as well as the house rules or the GTCs. OPTIONAL We have the possibility to deliver your groceries and install them in the accommodation before your arrival (additional €50). To do this, you will need to place an order at Leclerc Drive located in Folgoët and send us the pick-up code the day before your arrival. We can also put you in touch with local wine merchants and caterers if you wish. Please contact us for more information. CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time: from 5 p.m., except for weekend rentals where check-in can be done earlier if the house is available. We strive to make the accommodation available as soon as possible, and no later than 5 p.m. Check-in is completely autonomous with a connected lock. CHECK-OUT TIME Check-out: 10:00 a.m. every day except for weekend rentals where check-out can be done until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday (with our agreement). Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, we ask that you respect several departure instructions detailed in the welcome booklet, which will be communicated to you a few days before your arrival. SECURITY DEPOSIT For each reservation, a security deposit of €2,500 is requested from the tenant by bank imprint only (the amount requested is not debited at the time of deposit, which does not impact your bank limit) via our partner SWIKLY. The amount will be "pre-registered" and "not cashed" on your credit card as a security deposit. This amount will be released no later than 20 days after departure, except to deduct the amount of a "household supplement", "repair/replacement costs" or in case of breach of the rules of procedure. HOUSEKEEPING A mandatory 180 euro cleaning fee to be paid on site upon arrival. Before your stay, the accommodation will have been cleaned and checked. The cleaning service carried out before your arrival at the accommodation includes cleaning the accommodation, cleaning the linen, providing consumables for guests, and checking the accommodation to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A robot vacuum cleaner is available on the ground floor to facilitate cleaning and, upstairs, a Dyson is also available. Before leaving the premises, we ask you to return the accommodation in a proper state of cleanliness and tidiness. We provide all the necessary equipment to clean the accommodation and allow you to return it to us in good condition. HOUSE LINEN Bed linen is not included in the rental price but is mandatory. You must pay for them for an additional €180 to be paid. When you arrive, the beds will be made. We also provide bathroom linen (1 bath towel and 1 hand towel/person) GOOD TO KNOW The property is covered by a video surveillance system only on the outside. Under no circumstances are private spaces (bedrooms, toilets, bathroom) filmed. Please note that bath or hand towels are included in the rental price. GUEST CONSUMABLES Upon arrival at the accommodation, we provide: - Toilet paper - Sponge & dishwashing liquid - Dishwasher tablets - Hand soap - Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar - Household products NEIGHBORHOOD The accommodation is located in the municipality of Plouider, at the top of the Côte du Salut. The nearest neighbors are located more than 200 meters from the villa, which is surrounded by fields. Two supermarkets are available within 10 minutes of the accommodation (Leclerc), accessible by car. PETS Pets are allowed free of charge provided: - they are clean, - they do not damage the accommodation, - they are not allowed on the beds or sofas, - you pick up their droppings. Dangerous animals are not allowed. It is forbidden to recharge an electric vehicle on the house's power supply, an electric terminal is located a few minutes from the house.
