The accommodation based on top of a hill 5 minutes drive from the beaches, offers a 180° sea view. The space Discover "La Grange à l 'Envers", a secluded villa on an enclosed plot of 2500 m², ideal for a stay with friends or family, for a holiday, a birthday party, an EVG/EVJF, a cousinade, a wedding, or a corporate event. Many amenities are available to host your stays: hot tub, pool, pétanque, ping pong, molky, cornhole, Nintendo Switch, board games. THE SPACE At the top of the Côte du Salut, in the municipality of Plouider, come and discover this secluded villa with sea views for 20 people, in an ideal setting for special moments with friends or family. Just a 5-minute drive from the first beaches of North Finistere, the property features a 180 sqm hangar for partying, a swimming pool (swimming pool accessible from April to the end of September) , a jacuzzi, a beer puller (barrel deliverable on site directly with our partner the Coreff Brewery), a barbecue, a summer kitchen with board, a bocce court, a ping pong table and other convivial games. Enjoy an exceptional setting to create unforgettable memories. BOOKING POLICIES We don't accept bookings only on Fridays, you have to choose all weekend (Friday and Saturday), free to come only one night or not. For certain extended weekends we only accept for 3 or 4 nights, do not hesitate to ask us. SLEEPING ARRANGEMENT Our home includes 4 bedrooms for a total of 20 beds. On the ground floor you will find a large bedroom with, in a first space, 2 mezzanine lilies and, in a second space, 2 mezzanine beds and 1 drawer bed. The upstairs includes 3 bedrooms (1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed, 1 drawer bed and 3 single beds, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds). All our beds are 90cm x 200cm. GARDEN The accommodation is surrounded by a spacious enclosed garden of 2000 m² in which you will find: - A terrace with 2 garden tables. - A barbecue and its utensils (charcoal and fire starter not included in the rental price). - A large pétanque court (boules, molky, cornhole and pucks are provided). PARTY AREA To enhance your stay, the home has an extensive shed ensuring unforgettable moments of entertainment Amenities available: - A 4m*6m swimming pool (pool accessible from April to the end of September) - Hot tub - A table tennis table LIVING ROOM - DINING AREA Located on the ground floor, an extensive living-dining room with a pellet stove (pellets provided in limited quantity), a large sofa and a coffee table. The dining room has two large tables that can easily accommodate 20 people at the same time. The living room also features a very large flat screen and a Nintendo Switch. KITCHEN The kitchen is open to the dining room and is fully equipped with an oven, induction hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, filter coffee maker, fridge and dishwasher. We provide all the necessary dishes for 20 people as well as the necessary equipment for cooking (pans, pots, pots...). A summer kitchen is also available in the shed with all the necessary appliances (fridge, dishwasher, oven, hob, plancha and sink). BATHROOM The property has 2 bathrooms. The first, on the ground floor, is equipped with a double vanity furniture, a shower and a bathtub. The second, on the 1st floor, is equipped with double vanity furniture and a shower. Restroom The property has 4 toilets, 3 of which are independent of bathrooms. PARKING / PARKING Complimentary parking is available on-site, allowing all your vehicles to be parked (either in front of the villa or in the inner courtyard). The inner courtyard is enclosed by a gate. WiFi WIFI is available for free in the accommodation with a good speed that will allow you, if you wish, to work in good conditions. OCCUPANCY The accommodation is for 20 people. Beyond 20 people, please contact us. Before confirming your reservation, please read the entire listing as well as the house rules or GTCs. OPTIONAL We have the option to deliver your groceries to you and install them in the accommodation before your arrival (extra charge of €50). To do this, you will need to place an order at the Leclerc Drive located at Le Folgoët and send us the withdrawal code the day before your arrival. We can also connect you with local wine merchants and caterers if you wish. Don't hesitate to contact us for more information. CHECK-IN TIME Check-in time: from 5 p.m., except for weekend rentals where check-in may be earlier if the house is available and subject to our agreement. We strive to make the accommodation available as soon as possible, and no later than 5:00 PM. Check-in is completely self-contained thanks to a smart lock. DEPARTURE TIME Check-out: 10:00 a.m. every day except for weekend rentals where check-out can possibly be done until 6:00 p.m. on Sunday subject to our agreement. Before leaving the accommodation within the allotted time, we ask that you respect several checkout guidelines detailed in the welcome booklet, which will be communicated to you a few days before your arrival. SECURITY DEPOSIT For each reservation, a security deposit of €2500 is requested from the tenant by bank imprint only (the amount requested is not charged at the time of deposit, which does not impact your banking limit) via our partner SWIKLY. The amount will be "pre-recorded" and "uncashed" on your credit card as a security deposit. This amount will be released no later than 20 days after checkout, unless you deduct the amount of a “cleaning supplement”, “repair/replacement fee” or in case of breach of house rules. CLEANING A mandatory 180th cleaning fee to be paid on-site upon arrival. Before your stay, the home will have been cleaned and checked. The cleaning service performed before your arrival in the accommodation includes the cleaning of the accommodation, the cleaning of the linens, the provision of guest consumables and the control of the accommodation to make your stay as pleasant as possible. A robot vacuum cleaner is at your disposal on the ground floor for easy cleaning and, upstairs, a Dyson is also at your disposal. Before leaving the premises, we ask that you keep the accommodation in a proper state of cleanliness and tidy. We provide all the necessary equipment to clean the accommodation and allow you to return it to us in a proper condition. LINENS Bed linens are not included in the rental price but are mandatory. You must pay them for an additional €180 to be paid. When you arrive, the beds will be made. We also provide towels (1 shower sheet and one hand towel/person) THINGS TO KNOW Property is covered by a video surveillance system only on outdoor areas. Under no circumstances are private spaces (bedrooms, bathrooms, bathrooms) filmed. Please note that towels or bath towels are included in the rental price. GUEST CONSUMABLES When you arrive at the accommodation, we provide: - Toilet paper - Sponge & dish soap - Dishwasher tablets - Hand soap - Salt, pepper, oil, vinegar - Household products NEIGHBORHOOD The accommodation is located in the municipality of Plouider, at the top of the Côte du Salut. The nearest neighbors are located more than 200 meters from the villa, which is surrounded by fields. Two supermarkets are available within 10 minutes of the accommodation (Leclerc), accessible by car. PETS Pets are allowed for free provided: - that they are clean, - that they don't damage the space, - not to let them climb on beds or sofas, - to pick up their excrement. Dangerous animals are prohibited. No charge of an electric vehicle on the current of the house, an electric terminal is a few minutes from the house.
