There are 2 bedrooms (2 queen beds) upstairs with 1 full bathroom. The third bedroom is in the basement with its own full bathroom. To be in compliance with the city and fire code, the basement does have 2 exits (exterior door and 2 windows). This house is built prior to 1960 which means that the basement will be the coldest and the top floor will be the warmest.
