Ideally located 200 meters from the beach, and 10 minutes from Cabourg, this luxurious traditional 3 bedroom cottage can accommodate up to 6 people. Renovated in 2024, our very cozy house benefits from modern equipment and an elegant interior, but also a beautiful 1400 m2 flower garden as well as a south-facing terrace. Ideal place for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The space You will find three bedrooms: two bedrooms each with a double bed, as well as a bedroom with two single beds. You can also relax by the fireplace thanks to our rustic and authentic fireplace in the living room, offering a cozy atmosphere during your stays. The kitchen is fully equipped: microwave, Nespresso® machine, oven, dishwasher… You can also enjoy a barbecue for sunny days. The bathroom has a bathtub and a separate shower. The house also has two separate toilets. Bed linen, bath and beach towels as well as bathrobes are provided upon arrival. Washer, dryer and iron are also at your disposal. The house has Wi-Fi (with fiber) and a connected TV. Enjoy our 1400 m2 flower garden as well as a south-facing terrace and a second aperitif terrace with the evening sun.
