It has 5 rooms, it is composed of a living room of 68 m2 facing the sea including 2 living rooms , a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. On the upper level, you will have a master suite with a king-size bed, furnished with a large living room facing the sea and a bedroom with a double bed. On this same landing is a bathroom and toilet. A second air-conditioned bedroom with a queen bed is also on this landing. On the ground floor, a large bedroom arranged with a double bed with an attached bathroom. The fourth bedroom also has a king-size bed sits on the lower level facing the pool and sea. This room benefits from a private bathroom apart. All 4 bedrooms have air conditioning. The living room and living room are not air-conditioned. The pool is salt, and secured by a door lock. The house has a city water tank and a secure garage that can accommodate a car. Free spots are on the street facing the house. Ideal for resting, the house is minutes from shops and beaches (St. Felix, la Datcha). You'll get to LA DATCHA Beach in less than a 5-minute drive. This beach is lit every day until 10am.
