The space The house has keyless entry with 2 available parking spots. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a grill on the back porch. A private porch for relaxing and enjoying nature with 2 rocking chairs and a small table. Wifi and wired internet are available. A smart TV with accounts logged into Hulu, Disney, Netflix, and YouTube TV (football season only). A comfortable new queen bed with extra pillows and blankets. There is also a queen air mattress available if needed. Some toiletries and cleaning supplies are provided. Early check in or late checkout is often available as requested (no charge) but must be requested the prior day. Guest access The guesthouse has its own entrance with keyless entry for quick and convenient access. There are two parking spots in the front of the property. Other things to note The age requirement to book is 25 years of age. Your host manages and cleans this property, giving you the hospitality you deserve!
