Your seaside escape starts here—book now! The space With three spacious bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and an extra half-bath, this condo is perfect for families and groups. Patios off the living room and primary bedroom offer Gulf Blvd views and coastal breezes, making it easy to relax and unwind. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious meals, and each unit has a washer and dryer to keep things convenient. The building includes a private pool exclusively for guests, elevator access, and on-site parking. Pet-friendly and with WiFi throughout, this coastal haven has all the essentials for an unforgettable beachside escape. Guest access Sea Haven Villas are overseen by La Copa Vacations feature digital keypad locks. After you've submitted all necessary paperwork and settled your fees, you'll receive an email from La Copa Vacations. This email will include detailed entry instructions and a unique code to access your condo, which will expire at 11am on your departure date. Other things to note Welcome to our brand-new condo, designed for your perfect getaway! Our condo is thoughtfully equipped with baby-friendly amenities to make your stay as convenient as possible. We provide a changing table, portable play yard, baby bath, child-friendly utensils, a high chair, and a selection of children's books. Whether you’re here for a short visit or an extended stay, we've got everything you need to make your little ones feel right at home. Enjoy complimentary daily breakfast for all registered guests, plus free access to the pools and gyms at La Copa Inn, Courtyard by Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn, and Sand Rose Beach Resort — all conveniently located in South Padre Island near this property. Pets are welcome for an extra charge of $75 plus taxes per pet. Monthly bookings also include free weekly cleaning. Primary guest must be age 21 or older to reserve. Important Notice for Our Guests: Your reservation total includes a $59 damage waiver fee, providing coverage up to $1500 for accidental damages. Additional details will be provided upon check-in.
