(Any additional guests beyond this number will not be accepted.) 1 fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms (bed linen provided, beds made on arrival), 2 comfortable 160 x 200 cm beds, 2 90 x 190 cm beds that can be converted into 1 180 x 190 cm bed (optional), living/dining room with flat-screen TV, set-top box, and free Wi-Fi, 1 bathroom/toilet (available for rent on request, €6/set: bath towels [1 large and 1 small towel] + 1 bath mat + 1 hand towel + 1 dish towel/living room) with heated towel rail/fan, hairdryer, 1 large outdoor terrace with electric awning, garden furniture (from May to September), and an electric barbecue. 1 baby kit available upon request.
