TERRACE AND GARDEN with OPEN VIEWS over cross-country ski trails in winter and rolling pastures in summer. Perfect for outdoor dining in fine weather. SIZE: 100 m² with a comfortable living/dining room on the ground floor, a cozy wood stove, a children’s living area upstairs, three bedrooms plus a mezzanine providing extra sleeping space, a sauna area, two bathrooms, two toilets, and a small kitchen. GARAGE for storing sports equipment or other items, plus a pantry. Parking for three to four cars directly in front of the house. CHILD/BABY: games and books in the upstairs children’s area. Travel cot with fitted sheet (sleeping bag to bring), high chair, safety gates for the stove and stairs, extra bed for children aged 1–3 (bring sheets), and socket covers available. NOTES The house is very comfortable for 6 guests and can accommodate 8–9 with the following additional beds: – The mezzanine is accessed by a steep ladder, suitable from age 6 (sofa bed, ceiling height 1.20 m); – The single bed in the children’s area is open to the rest of the floor. No pets. No smoking or vaping inside. This is a family home filled with memories. I chose to rent it seasonally so I can continue to enjoy it and keep it well maintained. The Vercors plateau offers rich landscapes, outdoor activities, and local flavors—a place where I feel at home. Renting it is also a way to share this special place. Guest access CHECK-IN: from 3:00 pm in general (earlier arrival may be possible depending on the previous guests’ departure). Other things to note ACTIVITIES WINTER: Cross-country ski trails at the edge of the garden, a family-friendly downhill ski resort within walking distance or a short drive, a sledding slope at the Nordic ski center 3 minutes by car, snowshoe walks, and more. SUMMER: Mountain biking, hiking, climbing, caving (the Trou qui Souffle cave 2 km away), paragliding, summer tobogganing. ALL YEAR: Various activities, concerts, and sporting events (check with the tourist office). No public lighting nearby—enjoy the starry sky! INDOORS: Games and books available (children and adults).
