GARAGE for storing sports or other items + pantry. Three to four cars can park just in front of the house. CHILD/BABY: games and books in the ‘child’ area upstairs. Umbrella bed with bed-house (provide turbulette), high chair, protective grill for the stove and stairs, extra bed for children from 1 to 3 years old (provide sheets), electric covers available. NOTES The house is very comfortable for 6 people, comfortable for 8/9 people. There is a mezzanine area accessible by a miller's ladder from 6 years old (sofa bed) and a single bed in the children's area which is open to the rest of the floor. Pets not allowed. No smoking/vaping in the house This home is a family home and lots of memories are attached to it. I decided to rent it for vacation so I can continue to come and keep it in good condition. The Vercors plateau is rich in landscapes, sports activities and flavors, a place where I feel good. Renting is also a way to share this place. Guest access CHECK-IN: from 3 pm in general (but possible earlier depending on the departure of the previous tenants). Other things to note ACTIVITES WINTER: cross-country ski slopes at the foot of the garden, family ski resort accessible on foot or by car, toboggan run at the cross-country ski fireplace 3min by car, snowshoeing ... SUMMER: mountain biking, hiking, climbing, caving (hole that blows 2km away), paragliding, summer luge...
