The accommodation is as follows: First floor - 47 m² living room with TV, armchair, dining area and access to small terrace - A fully-equipped kitchen including electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee makers (Nespresso, filter and plunger)... and a bar. - Bedroom 1: two single beds (90×190) - Bedroom 2: one double bed (140×190) - Bedroom 3: double bed (140×190) - Bathroom with shower and WC Outside: - A 10 m² terrace, equipped with a small table and chairs, with a view of the Sainte-Victoire. This terrace is designed for smokers or for enjoying the warm weather, but is not suitable for lunching if you are more than two people. The courtyard adjoining the terrace is used as a car park and shared with the owners.
