Midday, grill lunch on the patio and relax in the shade before heading out on the boat. As evening falls, gather around the fire, watch a movie in the cozy living room, and retreat to one of the serene bedrooms. Guest access Guest will have access to the entire house, private pool, yard and boat dock with the lift. (Jet Ski ramp in photos are not available) Other things to note Pets are not allowed at this property! If evidence of pets is found, then an automatic fee of $500 is charged to the card on file. Additional Fees: There is an additional fee to heat the pool. We do require 24 notice prior to reservation to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing. This pool uses a heat pump. Heat pumps capture heat from the surrounding air to heat the pool water. The pumps are designed to raise the temperature of a pool up to the ideal swimming range, between 78 – 82 degrees Fahrenheit and can take between 24-72 hours to reach max temperature. Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property. In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property. As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation. The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined. The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest. All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee. Must be 25 years old to rent
